RACGP lists the “Diplomate of Family and Community Medicine” qualification as Partially Comparable, enabling you to work in Australia on the PEP Specialist Pathway.

The Royal Australian College of GPs lists the Membership of the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia ” as Substantially Comparable. This enables these Specialist International Medical Graduates (SIMGs) to live and work in Australian Capital Cities.

Doctors moving to Australia on the PEP Specialist Pathway typically come on the Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482). If your practice hasn't gone through this immigration process before, please advise us and we can help you plan this out.
