1. Confirm Job Details

We will work with you to confirm the details of your:

• Town / Suburb

• Practice

• Open GP Job

We have extensive experience assisting metro, rural and remote GP practices and therefore have a good understanding of what will make a placement successful.

2. Promote Opportunity

We will promote the opportunity to our candidate pool, including active candidates who we know to be suited.

3. Present Shortlist

​

You will be presented with a short list of suitable candidates and we will arrange a face-to-face meeting.

4. Arrange Interview/s

​

We arrange for the candidate to meet with relevant practice management team members to ensure that the practice is happy with the skillset and that the incoming doctor understands the opportunity and commitment.

5. Negotiate to confirm the arrangement

​

If the candidate is suitable, we will manage the offer and commitment, including arranging all the required paperwork. Our depth of knowledge of this entire process will ensure that you are only contacted for information when needed.

6. Invoice and Costs to Consider

​

We are a traditional contingency recruitment company. Our introduction, registration, and support services come with a fee to the practice. This will be discussed with you beforehand and invoiced accordingly. There is an additional cost to be considered for the nomination for a visa with the Immigration Department. We’re confident that the costs to the practice will easily be recouped in the first 6 – 12 months of having an experienced GP join your team.
