Andrea brings over 25 years of first‑hand experience in healthcare – not just as a recruiter, but as a Practice Manager too. That means she knows exactly what clinics need and what GPs are looking for, because she's been in both roles.

With over 8 years in healthcare recruitment, Anita knows that behind every registration form is a real person with real questions. She's helped countless GPs across Australia navigate the complexities of medical registration – and she does it with warmth, patience, and incredible attention to detail.

Moving to a new country to practice medicine is a big step – and Anet is the person who makes it feel possible. She specialises in onboarding international GPs, coordinating everything from compliance and registration to the practical details of relocation and settling into life in Australia.

But her impact goes beyond logistics. As Process Improvement Lead, Anet works behind the scenes to refine workflows, reduce friction, and improve the experience for everyone involved – candidates, practices, and the wider team. She's thoughtful, proactive, and deeply committed to making the journey smoother for every GP who comes through our doors.
