✅ 70% of billings
✅ Guaranteed $150 per hour for the first eight weeks, or 70% of billings if greater

✅ Workforce Incentive Program payments: $12,000 in year 2, $17,000 in years 3 and 4, $23,000 from year 5

GPs on the RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway seeking an MM2–7 role, including those holding the Diplomate in Family Medicine (PAFP) from the Philippines or the MRCGP (Int, South Asia).
